Early adopters report that productivity across the bank has indeed increased, with 80% of users saying that ChatGPT Enterprise helps them save more than two hours of work per week. However, ChatGPT Enterprise still has problems in expanding the application of tools. Elena Alfaro, BBVA's global head of artificial intelligence applications, points out that integrating ChatGPT into the bank's complex internal systems and databases can be difficult.
