Musk v. OpenAI will start a jury trial next spring
According to Sina Finance, on Friday local time, a US federal judge ruled that Musk's lawsuit against artificial intelligence company OpenAI will start a jury trial in the spring of 2026. Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers of the Federal District Court for the Northern District of California, who is presiding over the case, rejected Musk's request to suspend OpenAI's transformation to a for-profit model last month and proposed to speed up the trial process.
