UK-based Web3 and XR gaming company Saltwater Games has announced the completion of a new round of financing, with Animoca Brands participating. The specific amount has not been disclosed. This financing is carried out through the seed SAFT (Simple Protocol for Future Tokens). The support of Animoca Brands is designed to facilitate the integration of XR One, the Arbitrum Orbit L3 blockchain owned by Saltwater Games, with Mocaverse, an Animoca membership network. Animoca will also provide cross-community benefits to enhance various real-time gaming experiences.
