On November 29th, the Shanghai Stock Exchange issued a regulatory warning to Jiao Qingtai, the then deputy general manager of Sunrise Oriental Holdings joint stock company, and the spouse of Jiao Qingtai, the then deputy general manager of the company, bought and sold the company's shares within 6 months, which constituted a short-term transaction as stipulated in Article 44 of the Securities Law, in violation of Article 1.4, Article 3.4.1, Article 3.4.11 and other relevant provisions of the Shanghai Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules and its commitments in the Directors (Supervisors, Senior Management) Statement and Commitment.
