Ava Labs Launches Blockchain Solution to Provide Intellectual Property Management for Korean K-pop Artists
Ava Labs uses blockchain technology to provide intellectual property management for K-pop artists in South Korea. According to a report by Allied Research, the K-pop industry is expected to be valued at $20 billion by 2031.
Justin Kim, head of Ava Labs Korea, said that blockchain technology can provide artists with unprecedented transparency and efficiency, especially in live music and events, and solve the problem of underreported ticket sales.
The application of blockchain technology in the music industry continues to expand. Ghostface Killah of Wu-Tang Clan has released original music containing the inscription Bitcoin Ordinals, and heavy metal band Megadeth has distributed non-fungible tokens to provide holders with a unique experience.
