Tim Sweeney, chief executive of game developer Epic Games, said on the X platform: "Apple today updated its terms to further restrict the freedom of app developers, even under the Digital Market Act, to distribute apps through competing app stores in Europe. We are digging deeper to determine how this affects our release plans."
