The Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), a division of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), has announced that its New York task force has charged Michael Lauchlan with operating a fake cryptocurrency recovery business called the Coin Dispute Network (CDN) that defrauded customers of Ethereum (ETH) under false pretenses.
