The Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and the Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on digital assets. The MOU establishes a framework for cooperation between the two regulators to support the creation and effective regulation of digital asset entities within their jurisdictions. It also aims to promote responsible innovation in the digital asset space, as well as information sharing between the two regulators.
