It is well known that Jupiter does not charge transaction fees for exchange transactions on Jup.ag. The purpose of the above address is to allow their partners (wallets, trading platforms, etc.) to charge fees accumulated by users who use Jupiter Swaps on their own platform. Therefore, Solscan has renamed it to avoid any potential confusion.
