U.S. stocks opened, the three major stock indexes opened higher, the Dow rose 0.03%, the S & P 500 rose 0.17%, and the Nasdaq rose 0.28%. Previously, the U.S. July CPI data was basically in line with expectations. Blockchain concept stocks were not volatile.
