The three major indices of US stocks collectively closed up, the Dow rose 0.24%, up 2.94% this week; the Nasdaq rose 0.21%, up 5.29% this week; the S & P 500 index rose 0.2%, up 3.93% this week. Most large technology stocks rose, Nvidia, Google rose more than 1%, Meta fell more than 1%.
