On August 23rd, Base officially posted on the X platform that it has added an additional 40 ETH reward for Buildathon participants, and many developers have successfully integrated smart wallets, on-chain components, node validators and payment tools. Due to the impressive quality of submitted projects, the original 20 ETH reward is being distributed to hundreds of builders to thank them for their construction on Base.
