Here's how Stages works: The developer starts the live stream first, and then other users can apply to join or be invited to the stage. Before joining the live stream, participants need to turn on the microphone, and the camera is optional. Viewers and onstage participants can pin any active live stream participants or screen share footage. If the developer leaves the live stream, the entire live stream will end.
