Analysis: Block Bitcoin Revenue Expected to Reach $10 billion in 2024
According to HODL15Capital analysis, according to the financial data released by Block Inc., a payment company owned by Jack Dorsey, its bitcoin revenue reached $5.34 billion as of June 30. If calculated at this rate, its bitcoin revenue is expected to reach $10 billion in 2024. Note: Bitcoin revenue refers to the total sales of cryptocurrencies sold to customers.
Additionally, as of June 30, Block held $1.44 billion worth of Bitcoin for its users.
Earlier in early August, Block's second fiscal quarter net revenue was $6.16 billion, and analysts expected $6.31 billion; second fiscal quarter adjusted EBIT was $759 million, and analysts expected $685.70 million; second fiscal quarter bitcoin revenue was $2.61 billion, and analysts expected $2.73 billion; third fiscal quarter adjusted EBIT was expected to be $695 million, and analysts expected $669.50 million; full-year adjusted EBIT was expected to be $2.90 billion, previously expected to be $2.76 billion, and analysts expected $2.80 billion.
