It is reported that in mid-November 2021, Sotheby's is auctioning an official first-printed copy of the US Constitution, which is also the only existing copy in the hands of a private collector. ConstitutionDAO successfully crowdfunded more than 10,000 ETH, about $47 million, through the Juicebox fundraising platform in just 6 days. After failing to win the auction, ConstitutionDAO announced that it would cease operations and open a refund channel for donations.
