According to the Snapshot governance page, two proposals on ApeChain to create the ApeCoin Community Voting Wallet and the Web3 Freelancer Marketplace were not passed. It is reported that the former wants to create a multi-signature "Community Voting Wallet" with 15 million APEs controlled by DAO community members to voice the community vote without being influenced by the whale wallet, because the whale wallet often overrides the wishes of the community; the latter wants to allow freelancers to provide services at competitive prices through the ApeLance market, using smart contracts on ApeChain to automate and secure payment processes.
