OKX has been granted a full payment agency license by MAS in Singapore, and a former MAS official has been appointed CEO of its Singapore entity.
OKX announced that its Singaporean entity, OKX SG, has been granted a full major payments institution license by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and appointed Gracie Lin, a former MAS officer, as CEO of the regional unit. The license grants OKX the right to provide digital payment tokens and cross-border money transfer services in Singapore, including spot cryptocurrency trading for Singapore investors.
