Bitcoin L2 network Stacks has announced the second batch of decentralized grant program winners in the Stacks ecosystem, including liquidity incentive platform Charisma, DEX JingCash, GameFi platform Skull coin, no-code tool STX CITY, smart contract automation security testing platform Gecko, and Friedger's Stacks transaction sponsorship service Fast Pool.
