LayerZero CEO: Witch "Hunt" and Long-Term Users Maintain ZRO Price Stability
On September 9, Bryan Pellegrino, CEO of LayerZero Labs, said at the Korea Blockchain Week that the combination of an active witch hunt and prioritizing developers and long-term users helped LayerZero's native token ZRO price remain stable after the airdrop.
Pellegrino also said that LayerZero has done a lot of "very unique" things through airdrops, including "big witch hunts," blocking robots and overfarming, in order to get its native ZRO (ZRO) tokens into the hands of the network's most loyal users.
The price of LayerZero's native token, ZRO, fell less compared to Ethereum L2 Starknet (STRK) and ZKsync (ZK), which launched airdrops during the same period. The price of ZRO has only fallen by 23% since its listing.
