Tether's second-quarter net profit reached $1.30 billion, a record high
According to Coinpost, Tether, a stablecoin USDT issuer, revealed in its financial statements for the second quarter (Q2) of 2024 that the company's net profit reached a record high of $5.20 billion in the first half of this year. In the second quarter (April-June) of 2024, the company achieved a net profit of $1.30 billion, a record high.
Tether's revenue in 2023 is $6.20 billion, more than BlackRock's $5.50 billion revenue in the same year. BlackRock has 20,000 employees, while Tether has 100 employees, indicating that Tether's employees are highly profitable.
