International gold prices continued to hit new highs, spot gold and COMEX gold futures rose more than 3% this week. Spot gold rose 0.77% to $2577.7/ounce, up 3.21% this week; COMEX gold futures rose 1.08% to $2608.4/ounce, up 3.31% this week. Spot silver rose 2.81% to $30.719/ounce, up 9.97% this week. COMEX silver futures rose 3.22% to $31.075/ounce, up 10.26% this week.
