He later deleted the tweet. The US Secret Service said on the 16th that it had noticed Musk's post. The White House called Musk's post "irresponsible". Earlier, an X user reportedly asked Musk: "Why are they trying to assassinate Trump?" Musk, who has expressed his support for Trump and has often commented on the US presidential election, replied: "Also, no one is trying to assassinate Biden/Kamala [Harris's name]." Musk also added a thinking face emoji to the post.
