Holograph: At least 200 million of 1 billion HLGs forged by former contractor using vulnerability have been frozen
On June 15th, the full-chain NFT protocol Holograph Protocol released an exploit update. It was exploited by a former contractor to mint an additional 1 billion HLG tokens on Mantle, resulting in the protocol being temporarily blocked. The malicious actor has been frozen in the accounts of multiple exchanges, and at least 200 million of the additional 1 billion HLGs minted have been frozen. At the same time, the exchange has also temporarily stopped all HLG token access transactions. Third-party audits will be conducted next, and the multi-chain tokenization infrastructure and applications will continue to be advanced.
