According to the announcement, users need to first convert the pledged ATOM into LSM shares, and then transfer the LSM to Neutron, locking in LSM's shares in Hydro to obtain voting rights. Each time they participate in the proposal vote, they will receive an incentive. The fewer people choose the same option, the higher the reward.
