Arbitra One, Nova, and Sepolia have completed the ArbOS 32 upgrade, and relevant parties need to upgrade to Nitro v3.2.0 as soon as possible.
Arbitrum Developers posted on X that the ArbOS 32 upgrade has been completed on Arbitrum One, Nova, and Sepolia. If a user runs a node on these networks and has not yet upgraded, upgrade the node to at least Arbitrum Nitro v3.2.0 immediately. For Validator nodes, upgrade to v3.2.1.
The escalation was coordinated with the Security Council, which approved an urgent action to address:
(1) Mispricing issues in Arbitra Stylus, which could result in Distributed Denial of Service;
(2) Allowing malicious contracts to cause node crashes;
(3) Mispricing of the Stylus contract being overcharged due to the SLOAD operation. No funds are at risk.
In addition, the team is about to release a complete analysis report.
