Russian Minister: Russia's cybercrime losses have exceeded $1.25 billion so far this year
Russian Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev revealed at a meeting of the Public Committee of the Russian Interior Ministry on Wednesday that since the beginning of this year, Russia's cybercrime has caused more than $1.25 billion in losses. He explained that both individuals and organizations, including government entities, are often victims of digital crimes.
