Arthur Hayes said that a Dogecoin ETF could be launched by the end of the cycle, and said its forecast is based on the significant growth rate of dog-themed meme coins over the years, highlighting Dogecoin's status as the oldest meme coin in the cryptocurrency space, giving it an advantage over other meme-based cryptocurrencies. Pal also agreed with the BitMEX founder's prediction of a Dogecoin ETF at the end of the market cycle.
