Coinbase: U.S. Crypto Developers Decreased Significantly, By 14 Percent Over the Past Five Years

On June 17, Coinbase released a report stating that the number of cryptocurrency developers in the United States has decreased significantly. It has decreased by 14 percentage points in the past five years and currently accounts for only 26%. Fortune 500 executives have expressed concern about the shortage of trusted talent, arguing that this poses a greater obstacle to the adoption of cryptocurrencies than regulatory issues. Therefore, Coinbase believes that the relevant rules and regulations of cryptocurrencies need to be clarified in order to keep developers in the United States.
