"If he loses, I'm screwed," Mr. Musk said in a nearly two-hour interview. "I've been bashing Kamala." He said that if Mr. Harris won, his political opponents could target the X platform, formerly Twitter, particularly if Democrats repealed Section 230, which would "immediately bankrupt X". Mr. Musk also claimed he could face federal prosecution, although he believed any prosecution would be a pure "legal battle" without substance. "They will try to sue the company, sue me," he said.
