Musk: If Trump loses the election, he will face serious consequences, or cause the X platform to go bankrupt
On October 8th, Elon Musk said in an interview with Tucker Carlson that he has "fully committed" to supporting Donald Trump's return to the White House, and believes that if Trump loses to Kamala Harris in the November election, he may face serious consequences, even federal prosecution.
"If he loses, I'm screwed," Mr. Musk said in a nearly two-hour interview. "I've been bashing Kamala." He said that if Mr. Harris won, his political opponents could target the X platform, formerly Twitter, particularly if Democrats repealed Section 230, which would "immediately bankrupt X".
Mr. Musk also claimed he could face federal prosecution, although he believed any prosecution would be a pure "legal battle" without substance. "They will try to sue the company, sue me," he said.
