Arkham: An address originally funded by the Ethereum Foundation transfers $3 million of ETH to Bitstamp

Arkham data shows that an address originally funded by the Ethereum Foundation just transferred $3 million of ETH to Bitstamp, which received 51,251 ETH worth $51,000 nine years ago from the Ethereum Foundation.
