FTX has filed a motion seeking approval for a settlement with Caroline Ellison, the former Alameda Research boss, that would hand over "almost all of her assets". The motion, filed on October 7, asks the court to authorize a settlement agreement with Ellison, who agrees to transfer any assets not seized by the government in his criminal case or used to pay legal fees to FTX creditors.
