The Guangzhou court concluded a case of infringement of citizens' personal information involving virtual currency. The defendant Zhang illegally obtained and sold more than 60,000 personal information and received virtual currency to obtain illegal benefits. The Guangzhou Panyu District People's Court of first instance sentenced the defendant to three years and three months in prison and fined, and the Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court 2nd-round Moderation ruled to uphold the original judgment.
