Bitcoin Reclaims 64,000 Dollars, Cryptocurrency Short Liquidation Breaks 100 million Dollars
In early trading on Monday, October 14, the price of bitcoin broke through $64,000, gaining 2.1% in the past 24 hours and breaking out of the narrow range volatility seen over the weekend.
Trading View revealed that the BTC price peaked at $64,173, its highest level so far in October, and recovered to its lowest level since September 30.
According to CoinGlass, short positions in excess of $101.40 million have been liquidated across the cryptocurrency market due to the sudden movement in bitcoin prices.
