U.S. stocks opened with the Dow close to flat, with the S & P 500 up 0.3 percent and the Nasdaq up 0.5 percent. NVIDIA (NVDA. O) rose 1 percent as Bank of America raised its earnings per share forecast for NVIDIA in the next few years.
