The three major indexes of U.S. stocks collectively closed higher, all recording six consecutive weekly gains. The Nasdaq rose 0.63%, the S & P 500 rose 0.4%, and the Dow rose 0.08%. Among them, the S & P 500 Index and the Dow both continued to set record closing highs.
