ChatGPT has another major failure after two weeks
At 14:00 EST on June 17 (02:00 Beijing time on the 18th), users reported in DownDetector that OpenAI's ChatGPT was malfunctioning. Subsequently, OpenAI quickly confirmed that there was a problem with ChatGPT and updated the status bar at 14:39, saying that the ChatGPT "has a high failure rate of investigation". According to the media, in the United States and the United Kingdom, mobile end and web versions of ChatGPT will occasionally fail to answer users' questions, either for several minutes or not at all, and display a variety of errors (answers). By 17:00, OpenAI updated the status bar to "all systems are in a working state"; DownDetector also showed that the frequency of user errors against OpenAI decreased. ChatGPT 3.5 and ChatGPT 4o are capable of generating answers including images.
