Peter Todd said Friday that the recent allegations that he was the pseudonymous bitcoin creator Satoshi Nakamoto in a new HBO documentary forced him to further defend himself. "I've taken some security measures," Todd said. "But it's not a good idea to say publicly what exactly I did. It's better to keep the bad guys guessing." Todd added that he's certainly not hiding, or as a recent Wired story suggested. In fact, Todd attended the Bitcoin conference today in Lugano, Switzerland, where a statue honoring Satoshi Nakamoto was unveiled, and he also said he plans to speak at five other events around the world in the coming weeks.
