Native, a crypto-specialist insurance broker, received $2.60 million in seed funding led by Nexus Mutual. Native will initially offer $20 million in on-chain insurance for each risk and will operate a pool of funds on Nexus Mutual. Nexus Mutual's insurance alternative is also available through a product called Base DeFi Pass through a number of major protocols on Coinbase's Layer 2 network.
