On October 30th, derivatives market CME Group Inc. announced that it has obtained approval from the National Futures Association (NFA) to establish a futures commission broker (FCM). However, some analysts believe that this will lead to a conflict of interest in monthly supervision and undermine the system of checks and balances in the entire futures industry.
