All three major U.S. stock indexes ended slightly higher
The three major indices of US stocks all ended slightly higher. The S & P 500 index rose 0.25%, the Dow index rose 0.15%, and the Nasdaq index rose 0.03%. Among them, the Nasdaq and S & P 500 indices continued to hit record highs, and the Nasdaq index continued to hit a new closing high for seven consecutive trading days. Most of the large technology stocks fell, Tesla, Google, Meta, and Intel fell more than 1%, Microsoft and Amazon fell slightly; Netflix rose more than 1%; NVIDIA rose more than 3%, hitting a new record high, with a total market value of 3.34 trillion US dollars, surpassing Apple and Microsoft to become the world's highest market capitalization stocks.
