Paradigm Poll: 5% of U.S. Voters Identify as Single-Issue Cryptocurrency Voters
According to a poll conducted by venture capital firm Paradigm in October 2024, 5% of U.S. voters identify themselves as single-issue cryptocurrency voters, and 20% of respondents say they currently own or have purchased cryptocurrencies.
Paradigm pointed out that 5% of voters support a single issue of cryptocurrency, more than twice as many as in swing states such as Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin, where election results are decided by a narrow margin of 1-2%.
The poll also found that 30% of respondents now believe Republicans are more trustworthy when it comes to crypto policy, while 24% believe Democrats are more trustworthy. However, 42% of crypto voters say they don't trust either side when it comes to crypto regulation.
