Bitwise files a revised S-1 filing with the SEC for its spot Ethereum ETF
Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart said on the X platform that Bitwise has submitted a revised S-1 document for its spot Ethereum ETF to the SEC, which will contain changes after the SEC's first round of comments. It is unclear whether more rounds of comments are required. The fees for the product have not been disclosed.
"Based on this filing, there is no way of knowing when these products will be launched. There may not be any additional updates required and adjustments may be required," the analysts said. "But they require final approval from the SEC, and the timing of the release is largely up to the SEC. Eric Balchunas and I believe they should be launched by July 4."
