Google fixes inconsistent voting results for different candidates
Google is fixing a search issue that returns different results when querying "where can I vote for Kamala Harris" and "where can I vote for Donald Trump". Searching for "Kamala Harris" shows a polling station information window, while querying "Donald Trump" shows only news articles. The issue was noticed by Elon Musk on the X platform, causing more than 4.50 million views. Google responded that the problem originated from the fact that "Harris" is also a Texas county, and the company is stepping up to fix it.
