Trump is about to return to the White House after four years and will meet with Biden

On Wednesday local time, US President-elect Trump will return to the White House for the first time since his chaotic departure four years ago. Previously, Trump nominated a series of key staff members that are expected to reshape the US government. Trump plans to meet with current President Biden in the Oval Office in a ceremony of peaceful transition of power in the United States, but Trump did not make this request to his successor Biden in 2020. The conversation between the two was full of drama, and both men were forced to hand over the White House to each other. Washington has begun to pivot to Trump's second term, which will begin in January next year. James Pfiffner, a professor of presidential transition studies at George Mason University, said it was mainly symbolic. Despite their bad words, it is expected to be a cordial meeting that could also provide an opportunity for Mr. Biden to try to influence Mr. Trump on policy, especially on national security issues, where he has not had access to classified intelligence that Mr. Biden has had for four years.
