Three bitcoin mining companies, Bitfarms, Hut 8, and HIVE, report third-quarter earnings, collectively holding 12,898 BTC reserves
Bitcoin miners Bitfarms, Hut 8 and HIVE Digital report third quarter 2024 earnings, three companies holding a total of 12,898 BTC reserves, of which Hut 8 reserves 9,106 BTC, revenue of $43.7 million, higher than expected by about $5.5 million, almost double the same period last year; HIVE Digital reserves 2,604 BTC, as of the end of the third quarter of its total digital currency asset value of $165.20 million; Bitfarms reserves of 1,188 BTC, third quarter revenue of $45 million, up 8% from the previous quarter, but slightly lower than analysts' expectations, total liquidity of $146 million, including $73 million in cash and 1,147 Bitcoin.
