Wang Wentao met with Japanese Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Yoshiji Muto
On November 16th, on November 14th, Minister of Commerce Wang Wentao met with Japanese Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Rongzhi Muto in Lima, Peru, and the two sides conferred on China-Japan economic and trade relations. Wang Wentao said that the two sides should jointly implement the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries, strengthen policy communication and dialogue, and comprehensively promote the strategic and mutually beneficial relationship in the economic and trade field. The two sides spoke positively of the launch of the China-Japan Export Control Dialogue Mechanism and the China-Japan Working Group on Optimizing the Business Environment and achieved good results, and agreed to hold the China-Japan Service Trade Policy Dialogue.
