Polterfinance left a message to the hackers: If the funds are returned in time, no legal action will be taken

On November 18th, Fantom's on-chain lending project polterfinance has left a message to hackers on the chain saying: "If the funds can be returned in time, we are willing to negotiate and will not take legal action. Please send the funds to the corresponding address on the Fantom chain (starting with 0x6cA0). If you need further communication, please reply to this message." Earlier today, PolterFinance reported an attack on the Fantom chain, with more than $7 million in crypto assets stolen. The attackers initially received funds through Tornado Cash on Ethereum, which was later bridged to Fantom.
