BlackRock announced that it has obtained a commercial license in Abu Dhabi and is applying for a license to operate in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). Charles Hatami, head of BlackRock Middle East, said the company will focus on private markets and artificial intelligence infrastructure.
