OKX partners with DBS Bank to integrate Singapore dollar transactions for Singaporean users
On November 19, according to official news, OKX announced the launch of zero-fee SGD deposit and withdrawal function for Singapore users through PayNow and FAST payment services. The service is powered by DBS Bank, the largest asset bank in South East Asia.
Previously, OKX Singapore has been granted a Major Payment Institution (MPI) license by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to provide digital payment tokens and cross-border money transfer services. After the new feature is launched, OKX users who have opened accounts at 27 banks and payment institutions in Singapore that support PayNow can use the instant deposit and withdrawal service. In addition, OKX Singapore has also launched the Singpass authentication function, which reduces the time for users to open an account to 1 minute, improving the efficiency by 90%.
