On November 23rd, blockchain-based iGaming platform BoxBet completed a funding round led by CMCC Global, a $500 million venture capital firm backed by the Winklevoss twins and Richard Li's Pacific Century Development Group, which has previously funded key blockchain projects including Solana. BoxBet intends to use the new funds to expand its presence in regulated markets by obtaining licenses and expanding operations.
